Conference Concept
The conference is held over two days with the participation of around 50 lawyers, legal experts and human rights specialists from Palestine and around the world, to examine international legal accountability mechanisms for Israeli violations against the Palestinian people.
An initiative of the Union of Turkish Bar Associations, the Jordanian Bar Association, and the International Legal Coalition for Palestine (ILCP).

Three main topics addressing the most pressing legal accountability issues in Palestine
Effectiveness of legal prosecution through international courts and universal jurisdiction.
Detention conditions, torture, and discriminatory legislation.
Settlement, ethnic cleansing, and settler attacks on holy sites.
Gaza — Justice and a Future Free of Genocide
A global conference launched to enshrine justice, support victims, and end the crimes of occupation
In Gaza and the West Bank — killing, displacement, starvation and settlement — under international and humanitarian law.
And the role of international and national courts in achieving justice and preventing impunity.
